A 3-track EP that explores a range of emotions and how we experience them in our minds, our bodies and our spirits. Spacious piano, subtle synth textures and ghostly rhythms bring the whole EP together as a deep listening and reflective experience. This is a very different project for me and one I’ve found both incredibly difficult and at times very rewarding.
Within any healing journey, memory will always play a central role in shaping how we feel and how we respond to change and healing.
