Created in the same recording session as the first two tracks (Ride To Harlem and The Ride Back) this track has more of a meters/New Orleans Funk feel. Heavy drums (with a break) and some bluesy hammond to top it all off! This track, again, features Lawrence Hill (PSKINNA) on guitar. The track name felt very meters-esque and I also happen to love collard greens. One of my favourite vegetables!
